That is the beginning of our lack of energy, emotional peace and vibrancy.
We have to train our bodies, feed our bodies with life giving food and schedule sacred pampering time into our week. If we don’t we die inside spiritually and physically.
What perfect timing for this question. I just returned from an excursion for a private event and I was shocked to find out I lost two pounds while I was traveling. Now that might not seem like a lot, but as you have experienced before, you and most people gain weight on vacation or while traveling.
SO to lose weight was shocking to me. And the crazy thing is I felt like all I did was eat. I had unlimited access to delicious gourmet food.
